As a lifelong devotee of the Manowar creed, I have always been looking for a monumental volume worthy of the Metal Gods’ legacy. I had high expectations upon the release of this masterpiece, and, indeed, my patience paid off. This book offers a highly detailed, ‘behind closed doors’ account of Manowar’s first decade of relentless steel. Through reading it, I acquired a more nuanced understanding of the forces that brought this beast of a band into being. The book is crammed with amazing photos found nowhere else, instantly immersing me in the early days of the band’s game-changing journey. Regarding the book itself, it is a masterpiece in its own right, leather-bound with high-quality pages. It stands as the crown jewel of my library from now until the end of time. Purchase it now or be damned!
As a longtime MANOWAR fan, I can honestly say that The Blood Of The Kings Vol. I exceeded my expectations. The photo quality is outstanding, with stunning images covering the band's classic era from the early albums through Kings Of Metal. I was slightly apprehensive because of the price but I love Manowar (for decades) and this ultimately looked pretty cool so I got it! WOW!! This was a lot bigger than expected! It also has more pics than I expected as well! Some really cool candid pics and stories from the band and crew! I am very happy I went ahead and bought this! It's a very thick book! Definitely worth the price!
I just received the Manowar gear in perfect condition accept for one of the book clips in the dvd and I was going to do the review after I've watched and read them but I don't want to keep you waiting and I'll do another review later anyway, 😀 Cheers Manowar always pounding Into Glory Ride!
Ich bin ein großer MANOWAR Fan und freute mich endlich das Buch in den Händen zu halten. Der Einband aber auch jede einzelne Seite ist von hoher Qualität.
Sehr schön illustriert. Leider ist die Sprache auf Englisch aber wenn man Englisch spricht ist das kein Problem.
Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und der Preis ist sehr angemessen.
This was a gift for my nephew's birthday. I did take a moment or two to peruse the content & was blown away by the quality of the materials used for the book as well as the passion for excellence reflected in the words I read inside along with the amazing photo journalism on display.

In honor of Ross passing, I finally caved and bought this book. Filled with tons of unseen pictures, have not gotten around to the text yet. For old fans, it's all about the pix and stories we grew up with.
This is a large format book, with pictures from the earlier days of Manowar. Put simply, it covers the Ross the Boss years. It is hardcover and pretty impressive to look at. I particularly like that there are photos from that Black Sabbath tour that is the genesis of the band. Hopefully, there will be a Vol II.
