Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

For your convenience, you are automatically redirected by Shopify to the version of our website that shows the lowest shipping rates for your location. This Store ships from the United States.

We ship all over the world, mostly with USPS. International shipping rates are provided at the checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "Create an Account" link at the top of our site. During signup, we will ask for your shipping address details including country. Mostly the country of your shipping will be automatically defined by Shopify geolocation service.

Please contact our customer service (sales[@] )if your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order was shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt. This excludes Holidays and other days The Store is not in operation. Please understand that in peak seasons, like Christmas or other key holidays, we may have longer processing and shipping times due to the increased traffic of our shipping partners. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales[@] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When will my Ultimate Fan Experience purchase ship?

Physical items that are part of the Ultimate Fan Experience are hand-delivered by our Ultimate Fan Experience Host to you on the day of the respective event. No items that are part of this Experience will be shipped to you by mail or any other form. Our Ultimate Fan Experience Host will contact you personally once it gets closer to each event to discuss further details.
