Return Policy

All customers wishing to return an item MUST e-mail The Store at (sales[@] within 14 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for the shipping and related charges when returning an order for a refund.

Customers may NOT return CDs/DVDs that have been opened or articles of clothing that have been or appear to have been worn (for instance with deodorant stains). We also do not accept returns or exchanges of items bought in any place other than

The Store reserves the right to deny individual merchandise returns or exchanges if it determines in its sole discretion that such items cannot be resold or returned for manufacturer credit.

The Store reserves the right to exclude certain items, like custom-made items or certain 'sale' items from our standard right of return or exchange. Expressly excluded are: Giclee prints, digital downloads, Power Packages, autographed items, and any other item expressly marked accordingly.


Please note: The Store is not responsible for duties and taxes incurred on packages shipped by us. If a customer provides an incorrect address or decides not to pay such taxes charged by a country’s customs and/or decides to abandon the package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional costs incurred. The Store will NOT offer any refund or new shipment of the item. The same applies to domestic deliveries unless the cause of return was incurred by the Store.
